If your clothes are not suitable, you have 14 days after receipt to return your order.

🕵️ Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to track the shipping status on the carrier's website using your transport number available in your account and in the shipping confirmation email.

If your order is less than this amount, you will have the choice between the following delivery methods when validating your basket:

New, unworn and unwashed items can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.

1 - Make your request. You can register your return request on our site, in my “My account” area.
2 - You will then receive the return slip in your email box. Print it and stick it on your package.
3 - Send us your package by dropping it off at the relay point near you.

Initial delivery costs are not refunded, however we will cover the return costs. Reimbursement is made within 7 days of receipt of your return (unworn, labeled).

We are happy to make exchanges if the desired size is available in stock. 🤍 Given our pre-order system, our stocks are very limited and we cannot guarantee a systematic exchange. If the size you want is no longer available, we will issue a refund.

Each garment has a composition label as well as care instructions 🍃 . We invite you to wash at low temperature, in a short cycle and to dry the clothes in the open air.
