The company Pipou (as defined in Article 1 below) offers for sale ready-to-wear items and accessories for children made in France on its website www.pipou-france.fr .

In order to offer for sale, sell and deliver its products, Pipou collects personal data from users of its website.
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the means implemented to collect, consult, process and store users' personal data.
Pipou, as data controller, undertakes to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.

Pipou is required to collect personal data from users on the website www.pipou-france.fr . This is information about you as a natural person that you have voluntarily communicated to Pipou and which is essential for processing your order.

- user account data: namely the data that the user provides when creating an account by completing the registration form (first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, password for connecting to the customer account);
- personal data of the user when the user enters them in their customer account (date of birth and clothing size);

- customs services and providers in the event of delivery abroad.

- preparation, shipping of orders and return of products,
- improving the content of the sites,
- technical maintenance and development operations of the Pipou website, including entities that execute orders and provide web hosting, information storage, email service providers, as well as analysis and tag management services, such as Google Analytics.

5. USER RIGHTS OVER THEIR PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Articles 14 to 22 of Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, any natural person using the Pipou website has the right to exercise the following rights:

- A right to object to the processing of their data,
- A right to restriction of processing,
- A right to the portability of the data collected
- May formulate directives relating to the conservation, deletion and communication of his personal data after his death in accordance with article 40-1 of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978.
